Nolan J. Arenado (born April 16, 1991) is an American professional baseball third baseman in the Colorado Rockies organization.
Arenado was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the second round of the 2009 Major League Baseball Draft out of El Toro High School.[1]
Prior to the 2011 season, Baseball America considered Arenado the Rockies third best prospect and the 80th best overall.[2][3]
Arenado along with Wilin Rosario represented the Rockies at the 2011 All-Star Futures Game.[4] Later in the year, he was named the MVP of the Arizona Fall League after hitting .388 with six home runs and 33 runs batted in.[5]
